When time is playing for you
Sykora kitchen, full of shine and decorum
A family house with a corner kitchen and linear walls that transition freely into the living area needed a solution that is both lightweight and aesthetically distinctive. The sunlight indirectly shines on the kitchen counter through the blinds in the ever-present windows and draws spectacular patterns on the cabinet doors. That's why we, in collaboration with the client, chose a soft grey and uncomplicated color palette in the Exclusive varnish, and then underlined it with the solid lines of the natural stone worktop. The same material was also used for tiling and window sill. The emphasis on rhythmics of colors was further emphasized by selection of appliances in a black design, including a conical cooker hood.
Everything has its reason and place
The typical inverted-L shape of the kitchen set allows natural movement around the entire kitchen and allows practical access to every part of the kitchen. In the middle, we've placed the very popular island with the cooking center, which generously offers enough space to comfortably allow for preparation of a multi-course menu and equally disciplined not to disrupt the harmony of the whole room. From the island you have a direct view of the living area with a smart TV and sofa, creating an elegant connection between the utilitary and social functions of the house.
Seductive on the outside, intoxicating on the inside
The kitchen features plenty of storage space - from a tall pantry cabinet with organizers through hidden drawers, deep drawers and carousels for dishes and pots inside the counter and solitaire, to two built-in wine cabinets. One of them is compactly built into the front of the island, the second, which is open, is located in the left corner of the low cabinets and visually corresponds with the niche with vases in the hall on the right.
